The Plumas Superior Court contract with Shared Procurement Services of the Los Angeles Superior Court for all work relating to bids and procurements and adopts the language regarding Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) and the Small Business Preference for I.Y. solicitations as recited on this web site below:
